Offered for sale is a still sealed copy of the 1992 UK pressing of Maybe Tomorrow by the Iveys, including the bonus 12″ EP.

Note: This 1992 issue includes a bonus 12″ EP with four songs that were not on the original LP: “No Escaping Your Love,” “Mrs. Jones,” “And Her Daddy’s a Millionaire,” and “Looking for My Baby.”

About this copy: This copy of Maybe Tomorrow is a 1992 UK pressing on the Apple label of an album that was originally released in 1969 in Japan, Italy, and Germany only.

As the album is still sealed, the records are presumably new and unplayed.

The wrap is fully intact with no rips, tears, or holes. An original price tag from UK retailer HMV is attached to the cover under the shrink wrap.

A beautiful copy of a scarce Badfinger LP.

Background: Released in 1969 in Japan, Italy, and Germany, but with the release canceled in the U.S. and the UK, Maybe Tomorrow was the first album by Badfinger, issued under the band’s original name of The Iveys.

The album did not chart anywhere.

Allmusic.com gave Maybe Tomorrow a 4 1/2 star review:

…Maybe Tomorrow ranks with Badfinger’s best; in some ways, it’s actually preferable to Badfinger’s albums, because the production (four tracks by Mal Evans, the rest by a then-unknown Tony Visconti) is much fresher and less precise than it would be on Badfinger’s slicker later albums. (Even the six tracks that eventually ended up in remixed form on Badfinger’s debut, Magic Christian Music, sound better here.) Though the party line has always been that the Iveys sounded like the Beatles, in reality, these 12 tracks have much more in common with the minor-key mopery of the early Bee Gees.
