A nice set of some great-sounding singles that’s hard to find as a set.
Background: Released in 1984, “Billie Jean” was the first single from Michael Jackson’s Thriller, which would go on to become the best-selling album of all time.
The single reached #1 in both the U.S. and the UK.
“Beat It” was the second single, reaching #1 in the U.S. and #3 in the UK.
“Wanna Be Startin’ Somethin'” was the third single from the album, reaching #5 in the U.S. and #8 in the UK.
“Thriller” was the seventh single to be released from Michael Jackson’s 1982 LP of the same name.
The song peaked at #4 on the U.S. singles chart.
