Description
Offered for sale is a copy of the Japan-only double album compilation All About Astrud Gilberto by Astrud Gilberto, including the original obi.
About this copy: This copy of All About Astrud Gilberto is a 1971 Japanese pressing on the Verve label of an album that was originally released in 1969.
The 1969 first issue had a ¥3000 price on the obi; this one is priced at ¥3500. Otherwise, the issues are identical.
The cover is VG+ with light general wear. The obi is VG+ with slight fading on the left edge. The “hojyuhyo” (reorder tag) is still attached.
This album was issued without an insert, as the insert information is contained in the four page booklet in the cover. The pages of the booklet are intact, but loose.
The two discs are VG++ with a few light scuffs, but no significant marks. There are a number of spindle marks on the labels. These are clean discs that play with some surface noise.
A nice copy of a scarce Astrud Gilberto LP, and a nice collection of Bossa Nova.
