About this copy: This copy of Crisis? What Crisis? is a 1981 Canadian issue on the A&M label, though the record was actually pressed by JVC in Japan, using the same “Super Vinyl” that was used to press records for Mobile Fidelity.
The cover is VG+ with some minor creases and a bent lower right hand corner The disc is M-, with a few spindle marks on the labels, but no marks on the vinyl. Clean disc!
A nice copy of a scarce Supertramp LP. Nice sounding LP, too!
Background: Released in 1975, Crisis? What Crisis? was the fourth album by Supertramp.
The album reached #44 on the U.S. album charts, and #20 in the UK. No singles from the album reached the charts in either the UK or the U.S.

Nestled between the accomplished Crime of the Century album and 1977’s Even in the Quietest Moments, Crisis? What Crisis? may not have given the band any chart success, but it did help them capture a fan base that had no concern for Supertramp’s commercial sound. With Rick Davies showing off his talent on the keyboards, and Roger Hodgson’s vocals soaring on almost every track, they managed to win back their earlier progressive audience while gaining new fans at the same time. Crisis received extensive air play on FM stations, especially in Britain, and the album made it into the Top 20 there and fell just outside the Top 40 in the U.S.
