Offered for sale is a rare complete Japanese issue of the Japan-only LP The Best of Xavier Cugat by Xavier Cugat and his orchestra, including the nearly-always-missing original obi.

The cover is M-. The obi is M-. There is no insert; this LP was likely issued without one. The original envelope-style paper inner sleeve is included.
The disc is VG on side one, with a half a dozen light marks, and VG+ on side two with a couple of faint marks that should not affect play.
There is a stain on side one where a sticker has been removed.
While the disc isn’t mint, the cover and obi are in exceptional condition and this album is quite hard to find complete. Plus, it has a terrific cover!
