Offered for sale is a red/blue/clear vinyl copy of the double live album Tales From the Who by the Who, issued on the collectible Trademark of Quality label.
This pressing is unusual in that it has a color printed cover and that it’s encoded in SQ quadraphonic sound.

One disc is blue with a couple of clear spots and the other is read with some clear spots.
The cover is VG+ with slight corner and edge wear and a couple of corner bends.
(red disc) Side one is M-. Side two is VG++, with a faint inaudible scuff.
(blue disc) Side three is M-. Side four is VG++, with a faint inaudible scuff.
A beautiful copy of a rare Who LP and the first copy we’ve ever had for sale.
Background: Released in 1973 on the Trademark of Quality label (and later reissued by a number of other companies), Tales From the Who captured a live performance at the Spectrum in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on December 4, 1973.
The concert was broadcast nationally in stereo, encoded for SQ quadraphonic sound. It will play in stereo, but if you have an SQ decoder, you can hear it in quad. It may also provide something like quad sound if you play it through a surround-sound processor.
