Offered for sale is a still sealed copy of the 2022 U.S. limited edition 6 LP box set by Van Halen, sold only through Walmart stores in the United States. This set includes all six albums from the 1978-1984 original David Lee Roth era of the band.
Each of the six 180 gram LPs in the set includes a replica of a backstage tour pass. Production was reportedly limited to 5000 copies.
About this copy: This box set is a 2022 U.S. pressing on the Warner Brothers label, though the LPs were actually pressed at Precision Record Pressing in the Czech Republic.
The box set is untitled; Discogs calls it Box 1978-1984, while the Walmart Website called it Van Halen Custom Vinyl Box Set.
As the box set is still sealed, each of the LPs inside it are presumably sealed, new, and unplayed.
The set is still sealed inside the original Van Halen-branded cardboard shipping carton. Inside that should be a shrink-wrapped box with two hype stickers. Inside the sealed box should be six still sealed, 180 gram LPs:
