Background: Released in 1984, Flashpoint was the twenty third album by Tangerine Dream and their sixth soundtrack album.

Another by-the-numbers score from Tangerine Dream, though a little more interesting this time, with the odd bit of unusual dynamics and a few examples of something other than the arpeggio-driven synthesizer tones. Good driving music.
