Offered for sale is a rare unauthorized live album by Supertramp called Live in Seattle 1977, pressed on blue vinyl and released by K&S Records.
K&S Records isn’t as well known as the Trademark of Quality (TMOQ) or The Amazing Korneyfone Record Label (TAKRL), but they released some interesting live albums in the 1970s. Part of the reason the label isn’t well known is that they were based in Canada. Another reason is that many of their pressings seemingly disappeared during shipping, likely due to confiscation by U.S. customs.
Because of this, most of the titles on the K&S label are quite hard to find, and that’s unfortunate, as most of them were pressed on colored vinyl and a lot of them were pressed on beautiful multicolored “splatter” vinyl.
Tracks on Live in Seattle are:
- Fool’s Overture
- Crime Of The Century
About this copy: This copy of Live in Seattle by Supertramp is an original pressing on the K&S label and pressed on beautiful blue vinyl (with a black streak through it.)
The cover is a plain white cover with a paper insert taped to it. The cover is M-.
