Offered for sale is a still sealed original U.S. pressing of Country Life by Roxy Music, with the green shrink wrap on the front cover to prevent buyers from seeing the album’s risque front cover art.
The second pressings had standard clear shrink wrap, and later pressings used different cover art that eliminated the two women completely from the front cover.

As the album is still sealed, the record is presumably new and unplayed.
This copy has shrink wrap that is opaque green on the front side, which prevents you from seeing the scantily-clad women on the front cover, but has clear shrink wrap on the back so that you can read the song titles.
The wrap is mostly intact, except for two small breaks at the mouth of the cover. One is at the top edge (2 cm) and one is in the middle (3 cm). We’ve secured the break in the middle with tape to prevent further tearing in the shrink wrap.
There is a hype sticker attached to the wrap that lists the artist, album title, and song titles. The sticker has some discoloration from age.
The green shrink wrap wasn’t properly centered on the cover, so the left edge and bottom edge are showing some clear shrink wrap. The wrap is not torn or missing there.
A beautiful copy of a terrific LP and a very hard album to find as a sealed first pressing.
Background: Released in 1974, Country Life was the fourth album by Roxy Music.
The album reached #3 on the UK charts, and #37 on the U.S. charts.
