Offered for sale is a rare complete red vinyl Japanese pressing of The Best of Nat King Cole by Nat “King” Cole, including the original obi and lyric insert.
About this copy: This copy of The Best of Nat King Cole is a 1965 pressing on the Capitol label.
The cover is M-. The rare original obi is VG++ with a few wrinkles, but no tears. The lyric insert is M-. The original envelope-style inner sleeve is included and is VG+ with a few wrinkles.
The red vinyl disc is M- on side one and VG++ on side two, with an inaudible mark through the first two tracks. The record has clearly only been played once or twice.
A beautiful copy of a nice Nat King Cole LP that rarely turns up complete.
Background: Released in 1965, The Best of Nat King Cole was one of many Japan-only releases to be issued shortly after Cole’s death.
