Offered for sale is an original red vinyl Japanese pressing of A Day in the Life of Bonnie and Clyde by Mel Torme, including the original obi.
About this copy: This copy of A Day in the Life of Bonnie and Clyde is a 1968 pressing on the Liberty label.
The cover is VG++ with faint ring wear on the front. The obi is VG, with a couple of tears on the back. The “hojyuhyo,” or reorder tag, is still attached.
The lyric insert is M-. The original “envelope-style” inner sleeve is included.
The red vinyl disc is VG++ and close to M-, with a couple of faint sleeve scuffs. The track lineup is slightly different from the U.S. release, with the title track moved to the beginning of side one.
A nice copy of a rare Jazz LP.
Background: Released in early 1968, A Day in the Life of Bonnie and Clyde was an album by Mel Torme that mostly covered pop songs of the 1920s and 1930s, but also included the Torme-written title track.
