Offered for sale is an original 1963 Japanese pressing of Love Letters by Julie London, pressed on red “Everclean” vinyl and including a reproduction of the original obi.
Love Letters was one of Julie London’s more obscure releases in the 1960s, largely because it was one of her few album covers that didn’t picture a photo of her on the cover. It’s a nice collection of love songs, and compares favorably with the rest of her work from the early to mid-1960s.
About this copy: This copy of Love Letters is an original 1963 Japanese stereo issue, pressed on red vinyl. The cover is VG+, with just a bit of wear at the corners and a bit of ring wear on the back cover.
The disc is VG, with a number of small marks and a single scratch through several tracks on side one. Lyric insert is missing. The obi is a reproduction.
Nice starter copy of a very rare LP.
