Background: The market for English-language music is a relatively small one in Japan, so the record companies there have frequently issued compilation albums for buyers who aren’t interested in buying an artist’s entire catalog of LPs.
Best of Grand Funk, is one such album. Released in 1970 only in Japan, the LP compiles tracks from the band’s first three albums – On Time, Grand Funk, and Closer to Home.
Tracks are:
- Sin’s A Goodman’s Brother
- Heartbreaker
- Mr. Limousine Driver
- Closer To Home
- Are You Ready
- Time Machine
- Nothing Is The Same
- Aimless Lady
- Got This Thing On The Move
- Inside Lookin’ Out
