$195.00

Offered for sale is a rare 2 LP live album by Emerson, Lake, & Palmer called Celstial Doggie, pressed on multicolored “splatter” vinyl.

K&S Records isn’t as well known as the Trademark of Quality (TMOQ) or The Amazing Korneyfone Record Label (TAKRL), but they released some interesting live albums in the 1970s.  Part of the reason the label isn’t well known is that they were based in Canada.  Another reason is that many of their pressings seemingly disappeared during shipping, likely due to confiscation by U.S. customs.

Because of this, most of the titles on the K&S label are quite hard to find, and that’s unfortunate, as most of them were pressed on colored vinyl and a lot of them were pressed on beautiful multicolored “splatter” vinyl.

That includes this title by Emerson, Lake & Palmer (ELP),and the full title is Celestial Doggie: The Lobster Quadrille.”

The album was recorded on July 28, 1972 at the Long Beach Arena in Long Beach, California.
