The cover is M- and still in the original shrink wrap. A hype sticker that says “Master Sound” is attached.
The obi is M-. The Japanese and English lyric inserts are M-, as is the custom Mastersound posterboard sleeve.
The disc is M- and looks like it may have been played once.
A nice copy of a scarce Bruce Springsteen LP.
Background: Released in 1984, Born in the U.S.A. was the seventh album by Bruce Springsteen.
The album reached #1 on the album charts in at least eight different countries, including the U.S. and the UK, and has sold more than fifteen million copies.

Bruce Springsteen had become increasingly downcast as a songwriter during his recording career, and his pessimism bottomed out with Nebraska. But Born in the U.S.A., his popular triumph, which threw off seven Top Ten hits and became one of the best-selling albums of all time, trafficked in much the same struggle, albeit set to galloping rhythms and set off by chiming guitars.
In the early 1980s, CBS Records in the U.S. and Japan created a limited edition series of high quality audiophile pressings of then-new and older LPs that were pressed on premium vinyl and sold at a premium price.
In the U.S., most of the titles were half speed mastered. In Japan, most of the titles were digitally remastered pressings.
Born in the U.S.A. was not included in the U.S. Mastersound series, as Born to Run and Darkness on the Edge of Town had been, as the series had been discontinued in the U.S. at the time of the album’s release.
