A Japanese pressing of Technical Ecstasy by Black Sabbath, complete with obi.
Offered for sale is a Japanese pressing of Technical Ecstasy by Black Sabbath, complete with original obi.
Technical Ecstasy was a bit of a change for Black Sabbath, as it introduced a lot of synthesizers where one would previously have expected guitars. It also included a ballad, sung by drummer Bill Ward, that seemed a bit out of place, even if it was a catchy tune.

About this copy: This copy of Technical Ecstasy is a 1980 Japanese pressing that we believe to be a second issue (this one has a yellow obi; the first pressing had a red one) and it includes the original obi and the lyric insert.
The cover is M-, though it does have a small tear in the center of the back cover near the bottom. It’s almost unnoticeable. The disc is M- on side one and VG+ on side two, due to a few inaudible marks.
A nice copy of a hard to find LP.
