A sealed copy of the 1975 debut album by Ambrosia.
Offered for sale is a sealed copy of the 1975 self-titled debut album by Ambrosia.
While they later became a soft-pop act, Ambrosia started out as somewhat of a progressive rock band. Their first album was mixed by Alan Parsons, and all four members of the band played on the first album by the Alan Parsons Project.
The first album was well received, and included the FM hits “Nice, Nice, Very Nice” and “Holding On to Yesterday.” After this album, the band moved more towards mainstream pop, but a lot of the band’s fans regard their first LP as their high point.
About this copy: This copy is a still sealed original pressing on the 20th Century Fox label. The cover is still in the shrink wrap, which has a hype sticker advertising “Nice, Nice, Very Nice.” The album has a cut corner on the lower right, and a very small tear in the wrap in the upper left hand corner.
A nice copy of an album that’s surprisingly hard to find.
