Offered for sale is a copy of the 1992 German pressing of the AC/DC live album entitled, Live.
Australian band AC/DC has been successful for nearly 40 years and even overcame the crippling loss of their lead singer, Bon Scott in 1979 to become even bigger than ever. They routinely sell out shows in large venues worldwide and are highly regarded as a live act.
Their 1992 album, Live, was issued in several formats worldwide. In the United States, the album came out only on compact disc, but there were two versions – a single disc version containing highlights of the album, and a limited-edition 2 disc set that contained two hours of material. In Germany, the album was pressed for distribution throughout Europe as a two record set, containing all two hours of material. The album sold out quickly.
The copy offered for sale is of that 1992 German edition and both records and the cover are in M- condition. It’s worth noting that the album has been reissued on vinyl in recent years, but this is the original, first pressing of the album.
A great representation of one of the world’s great live bands in concert and a surprisingly hard record to find, especially in this condition.
