FREE U.S. shipping! - A sealed copy of the limited edition blue vinyl pressing of The Beatles 1967-1970
Offered for sale is a sealed copy of the limited edition, 2 LP blue vinyl pressing of the Beatles 1967-1970, released in 1978 by Capitol Records.
In 1978, during the “colored vinyl and picture disc boom”, Capitol Records released two Beatles picture discs and three colored vinyl albums – the Beatles 1962-1966 on red vinyl, Beatles 1967-1970 on blue vinyl, and The Beatles (aka “The White Album”) on white vinyl. All were limited editions, and were out of print within a year.
The copy of Beatles Beatles 1967-1970, offered for sale is a still sealed blue vinyl pressing, with a “Limited Edition” hype sticker on the front shrink wrap and a sticker listing song titles on the back shrink wrap.
There are two hype stickers on the shrink wrap. The sticker on the front mentions that the album is a blue vinyl limited edition. The sticker on the back of the wrap lists the song titles. This is a stock, or retail copy; it does not have a punch hole in the cover.
There are two 2″ splits in the shrink at the mouth of the cover; one at the top and one at the bottom. We’ve secured both of these places with cellophane tape to prevent further splitting.
